Our History
In 2003, SimpleLTC released SimpleCFS™ to replace the cumbersome DOS Care Form System for Medicaid forms submission in Texas. Three years later, SimpleCFS was known as the standard in Texas long-term care. Today, over half of Texas Medicaid-participating nursing homes use our product.
In 2005, SimpleLTC again responded to customer need with the release of SimpleMDS™. Nursing facilities nationwide are able to submit multiple MDS batches over the Internet and review CASPER reports using a Web browser.
SimpleOASIS™, released in 2010 is a browser-based application that helps Home Health organizations simplify the transmission of OASIS data sets, and it provides easy access to OBQI, OBQM, state, provider, and submission reports.
Today, SimpleLTC continues to work closely with its customers and provide innovations which simplify the Medicare and Medicaid processing needs for long-term care facilities. We continue to be motivated knowing we use technology to make a demanding profession that much easier.
